Awesome stay with friends! We loved the location, close to the Mekong river and temples. Tom was super helpful and organized trips like the morning alms experience. Breakfast had good options with fresh fruit. Great vibe, not crowded, and perfect to unwind after a day exploring.

However, one morning the breakfast took a bit longer than we expected, but it didn't ruin our fun.

The air conditioning unit struggled to cool the room effectively!!! Also, a water heater would have been nice, and the lighting in the bathroom was too dim!!! Don't forget about the broken TV remote situation!!!

OMG, stayed in the Deluxe Triple Room and it was, like, totally spacious! The staff was super accommodating, even changed our towels daily. Plus, they had tea and coffee 24/7. So chill! The breakfast out on the terrace was the cutest vibe with fresh fruit. Just wish laundry was a bit faster!

Central location puts you steps away from local shops and temples. The spacious Deluxe Double Room provides a comfortable retreat, perfect for kicking back after a long day of exploring.

Noise from neighboring guests can be bothersome, especially in rooms lacking soundproofing. The internal courtyard view leaves much to be desired—rooms feel dark and less inviting. Stale breakfast bread surfaces daily, ruining what could be a pleasant morning meal. Wifi connectivity struggles, impacting the overall experience.

The location is perfect! Within walking distance of everything & the hosts? Just amazing, they really care! Had breakfast made to order every morning, pancakes were heavenly! The clean & spacious room, the beds were comfy too.

My room was spacious with comfortable amenities like a large bed, air conditioning, and a small fridge. Breakfast was served fresh outside with a variety of delicious options.

I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room for 3 nights, and it was super clean and spacious! The bed was really comfy, and the whole place smelled amazing. The decor is beautiful, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained after their refurbishments. Just a short walk to the night markets but quiet enough to relax. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Lin and her family—they even helped us rent a scooter!

Nice place with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how staff helped me with a late departure during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing weekend getaway!
